The iOS app

Use of the iOS app is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA for Apps. By installing HRV Breathe through the App Store, you agree to those terms.

Subscriptions

The Monthly and Annual plans begin with a 7-day free trial and then bill automatically — $4.99/month or $29.99/year — renewing at the end of each period until canceled. A trial converts to a paid plan unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, and each renewal follows the same rule. Manage and cancel subscriptions in your iOS App Store account settings.

Lifetime is a one-time $249 purchase that unlocks the app for as long as it exists. It is not a subscription: there is no trial, nothing renews, and nothing is billed again. Lifetime is family-shareable through Apple Family Sharing.

Refunds

All refunds are handled by Apple. We have no ability to issue refunds directly. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Not medical advice

HRV Breathe is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The HRV readings it surfaces are sourced from Apple Health and may contain measurement error from your wearable device. The breathing protocols it teaches are well-studied but should not replace professional advice for any medical condition.

If you have a heart condition, are pregnant, have a history of panic or fainting at hyperventilation, or are under treatment for any serious mental or physical illness, talk to your clinician before starting a new breathing practice.

HRV Breathe and the breath-pacer blob are trademarks of SUUR. Apple, Apple Watch, Apple Health, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other product names referenced on this site (Calm, Headspace, Breathwrk, Welltory, Oura, Whoop, Garmin) are trademarks of their respective owners.
