Sessions complete on the watch sync back to your iPhone automatically. Streaks, history, and HRV trends update in the background.
HRV stays on your device.
We read HRV from Apple Health for the before/after delta. We don’t copy it anywhere. There is no server. There is no account. The number on the completion screen is the only place that data leaves Apple Health, and it leaves only to your eyes.
