I'm not seeing any HRV readings
HRV requires an Apple Watch or supported third-party device (Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit, Polar) that writes HRV to Apple Health. iPhone alone cannot measure HRV. In Settings → Health, tap 'Connect Apple Health' to grant the permission. Once granted, the app reads the most recent SDNN sample at session start.
How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?
Open the app, go to Settings, tap the lock icon to open the paywall, then tap 'Restore Purchases' at the bottom. Pro entitlement restores from your Apple ID — sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, in your iOS App Store account settings → Subscriptions → HRV Breathe. We cannot cancel for you because Apple handles all subscription management. Free trials must be canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
I want a refund
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue refunds. If a feature didn't work as advertised, please email us first — we may be able to fix it.
How do I export my data?
Your session history lives on-device and in iCloud (synced via Apple's native iCloud Documents). CSV export is on our roadmap. In the meantime, your HRV history is always available directly in the Apple Health app.
