What you get without paying.
A single guided breath during onboarding, so you can see what the pacer is before you decide anything. After that the app needs a subscription. We used to run a free tier and it made the app worse in both directions — half a product for the people on it, and a permanent argument about which side of the line each feature belonged on. The seven-day trial is the honest version of the same offer: the whole app, then a decision.
All payment is handled by Apple — we never see your card. Manage or cancel any plan in your iOS App Store account settings.

One paywall, one feature list, and every row states what happens after the trial ends rather than leaving you to infer it. Annual is pre-selected with the “Save 50%” badge because that’s the rate most people choose. Restore Purchases is at the bottom because that’s where Apple wants it.
